Discounts for regular bookings.
Teams are expected to mark their pitch before use and erect and put away the goal posts nets, flags etc.
Hirers are expected to clear up and remove rubbish on completion of the hire period.
There as disabled access to the ground floor but other disabled facilities are limited
If you wish to use the Warm Air heating you will need to bring some £1 coins for the meter. The meter is located upstairs to the left on the far wall.
£1 buys 15 minutes of warm air and it is very effective.

Standard Conditions of Hire
For the purpose of these conditions the term HIRER means the individual hirer or the authorised representative of an organisation hiring the building. By paying the hire charge you are committing to all the following conditions of hire:

Temporary Event Notices (TEN) for Village Hall Hire Weddings / Birthdays / Party / Events.
NO TEN REQUIRED
-A private party where attendees are invited and no profit is made.
-An event at which food is charged and patrons bring their own alcohol for consumption only.
-Alcohol prizes in raffles etc sold at an event where the draw takes place.
-An indoor sporting event unless held as entertainment in front of an audience.
TEN IS REQUIRED
-Free alcohol provided in the price of a ticket. This type of supply is counted as the sale of alcohol.
-The provision of alcohol for which a charge is made (a pay bar) whether for profit or not.
Where a TEN is required, please provide us with a copy (email preferred) prior to the event.
